On-Site SEO and Off-Site SEO

On-Site SEO and Off-Site SEO

The position of a website on search engines is important. Here are the things that you need to know.

On-site SEO:

The On-Site SEO is the part that looks if your website is functional and all factors are within the website that affects SEO. If you do your work well, you can change these aspects yourself.

The following aspects affect On-Site SEO:

i. The goal of your website

ii. Keywords

iii. URL

iv. Content of your website

v. The attribute "Alt" in all the images of your website

vi. The structure of the website and a map of links to that

vii. Clean codes.

You have to check all the above to ensure that your website is well optimized with good speed, so that the search engines can easily understand your content and the user experience is also good.

Off-Site SEO:

The Off-Site SEO is the part that takes care of the factors that are external to our website.

The following aspects affect the Off-Site SEO:

i. Quality and quantity of links outside your website

ii. Active and moving social networks

iii. Results in search engines

All this leads to two types of Off-Site SEO: Black Hat SEO and White Hat SEO.

Basically these two types of SEO respond to do things that search engines recommend or do things that are unethical but that can also work in the short term.

Black Hat SEO:

It makes the positioning of websites that contradict the search engines. It is a risky strategy. It may work in the short term but in the long run does not contribute anything. Some examples of Black Hat SEO are spam, hidden text, double pages, and hidden links.

White Hat SEO:

It consists of following the advice of search engines, understand the techniques that will give more relevance to a page over time, and give greater importance to websites that respond to user's search.
