Effective Super Foods that Kills Cholesterol

High blood cholesterol has a direct connection with heart diseases. The possibility of having high cholesterol level increases with an unhealthy lifestyle, i.e. eating food with high-fat content, being an overweight and sedentary lifestyle. Fatty Fish:

According to this study when saturated fats were replaced with omega -3 fatty acids found in fatty fish, High-density lipids (HDL-a good for your health) level was boosted by 4%.

The individuals who consumed red wine, their Low-Density Lipid (LDL- a bad for your health) level dropped by 9%. So keep drinking red wine for your good health. But make sure to have 1 or 2 drink per day, not more than that.

 

Nuts:

 

A research published in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concluded that volunteers who ate 1.5 ounces of whole walnut, 6 days a week for 1 month, their cholesterol level was dropped by 5.4%. So adding few nuts in your diets such as cashew or almond definitely help you to control cholesterol level. But remember nuts are high in calories, so count and then eat to maintain your daily calorie intake
